Product meets Boeing Material Specification (BMS) 8-283H Type I, FAR 25.856a Amdt 25-111 / App F Part VI (Radiant Panel Test) for thicknesses up to .375”, and FAR 25.853a (Vertical / Horizontal Burn Test).

Applications Include:

• Sound reduction and cushioning
• Seals or gasketing between mating surfaces
• Floor panel mounting and isolation

680-1468 meets the challenging flame and smoke rating of the radiant panel test and it also carries a higher UL 94 Flame Rating than most foam products, making it an ideal choice for a variety of non-aircraft applications as well. The foam has very good compression set resistance and temperature rating for a wide variety of applications. Most commonly available in rolls of tape, it can also be made in sheet form, and custom sizes and shapes.
